Deleting a SnapChat account will deactivate it for 30 days. For this time it will remain deactivated and will not be visible to anyone. Once the 30 days are over, you will not be able to activate your account again.

This means that if you have to activate the account then it has to be done within 30 days of deletion. For your information, let us tell you that to activate your account again, log in with the username and password that you used to create it.

It may take up to 24 hours to fully come back online. For some reason Snapchat doesn’t allow reactivation with email addresses or phone numbers.

If you do not remember your username, then select the Forget Password option. Snapchat will send you an email to help you convert this, which usually includes your username. This way, you don’t need to enter a username or password.

How to delete Snapchat account forever

First open accounts.snapchat.com on the browser.
Now log in by entering your username and password.
After doing this, you may be asked to solve a puzzle so that the site can understand that you are human.
Once logged in, Snapchat will redirect you directly to the Accounts Portal.
Then select the option of Delete my Account.
Now you can deactivate your account by clicking on Continue.

How to delete from iOS device

To delete an account on an iOS device, open Settings by clicking the Settings button on the Profile screen.
Scroll down and click on Account Actions.
Then click on Delete Account.
