How to turn off auto-join feature
To turn this feature off, go to iPhone Settings.
You will see Wifi option, click on it.

Click on the ‘i’ button next to Open Network
Here you will find the Auto-Join feature, click on it and turn it off.
After that this feature will be turned off and your device will never automatically connect to open networks.
